Welcome to Les Choristes! We are a talented group of actors and stage crew who perform a shortened Broadway performance once a year for Leland High School.
ABOUT THE GROUP
Our musical theater troupe, born from the shared enthusiasm of four elementary school kids, first performed eight years ago. We started with a spirited rendition of Les Misérables at our school talent show, and our passion for musical theater grew from countless movie nights and karaoke sessions.

Despite changing schools and grade levels, we staged productions every year. Our repertoire expanded from Les Misérables to The Phantom of the Opera, and then back to Les Misérables with more elaborate production values in middle school. High school reunited us for a ten-minute version of Les Misérables, but the pandemic soon led us to explore virtual performing arts with a video version of the Pirates of the Caribbean theme.

Post-pandemic, we returned with a bang, performing Anastasia with the support of the Leland Choir and four talented new members. Last year, we ventured into Aladdin: The Broadway Musical, joined by a large crew and cast. Today, we're still growing exponentially, fuelled by our love for theater and storytelling.
